Michal's interest in health care started long before he was awarded the Master's in Chiropractic degree. In his early teens, he attended appointments with his family member recovering from a back injury. He was astonished at how effective it was in reducing pain and improving function without the need for medication. Early interest turned into a life passion.
Prior to attending chiropractic college, Michal graduated from the college of medical massage, where he started off his career treating soft tissue injuries. He still uses these fundamental skills to facilitate recovery of soft tissue which includes muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments etc.
Holding physical activity close to his heart, he has built a close relationship with world-class athletes and amateur sports enthusiasts. Since then, he has developed a strong link with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors across Europe, frequently attending seminars together and exchanging knowledge and experience. He is passionate about education and constantly seeks new ways to benefit his patients' long and short-term goals.
He firmly believes in maintaining optimal health through Eating Well, Thinking Well, and Being Active.
Rimma has always had a passion for helping others, which led her to a career as a massage therapist.
When she finished her Level 4 Diploma course in Holistic massage, she realised how amazing the body is and how a simple touch can help to reduce tension and stress at the same time.
Rimma is currently registered member of MTI and has completed additional courses in deep tissue massage, hot stones massage, Indian head massage, myofascial release techniques and facial massages. She intends to keep taking additional courses to gain more knowledge and skills from where the clients can benefit.
Here at the AMI Clinic, we recommend massage therapy as part of our treatment options addressing any muscular imbalances and biomechanical dysfunctions. But it can also be used in isolation to release general stress and tension or as part of your relaxation routine.
